  • Ingredients

    • 500g cooked shredded chicken
    • 2 tbsp miso paste

    • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 1 cucumber, finely diced
    • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
    • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1 head romaine or Boston lettuce
    • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Preparation

    1. Combine the miso paste, grated ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey.
    2. Add the shredded chicken to this sauce and coat well.
    3. Stir in the cucumber, green onions, and sesame seeds.
    4. Carefully detach and wash whole lettuce leaves.
    5. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the lettuce leaves.
    6. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
    7. Place the wraps in containers, keeping the lettuce leaves open.
