California Crab Wrap for Lunch Box

A fresh, California-inspired lunch! Soft tortillas filled with crab, crisp vegetables, and creamy sauce, served with juicy cherry tomatoes.

  • Ingredients

    • 4 tortillas (color of your choice)
    • 2 cups crab meat or pollock
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 avocado, sliced
    • 1 cucumber, julienned
    • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
    • ¼ cup chives, chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Preparation

    1. Mix the crabmeat with the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    2. Season with salt, pepper, and chives.
    3. Spread this mixture onto the tortillas.
    4. Arrange the avocado slices and cucumber juliennes.
    5. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
    6. Cut each wrap into two or three pieces.
    7. Place the wrap pieces in the main compartment of the containers.
    8. Add the cherry tomatoes to the secondary compartment.

Notes and tips

For a more economical version, substitute crab with surimi.
These wraps are easy to prepare the day before and can be stored in the refrigerator.
