Tex-Mex Crispy Chicken Lunch Box Wrap
A crunchy and spicy lunch that combines the tenderness of breaded chicken with Tex-Mex flavors.

Ingredients
- 4 wheat tortillas
- 4 strips of crispy chicken
- Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chipotle sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 lime (juice)
- Salsa
- Salt, pepper

Preparation
-Mix mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, chili powder, cumin, lime juice, salt and pepper
-Spread the Tex-Mex mayo on the tortillas
-Garnish with chicken strips and lettuce
-Add a drizzle of salsa
-Roll tightly into a wrap, cut in half and divide into containers with accompaniments

-It is best to reheat the chicken before assembling it to keep it crispy.
-Sauces can be carried separately to prevent the tortilla from getting soggy.
-The wrap can be assembled in the morning for better texture.
