- 6 toasts
- ½ cup hummus
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded Tex-Mex cheese
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup sour cream

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to broil.
- Place the tostadas on the work surface.
- Top with hummus, onions and red peppers. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Place under the grill for 1 minute or until the cheese is lightly browned.
- Garnish with lettuce and sour cream when serving.
