  • Ingredients

    • 4 hot dog buns
    • 500g lean ground beef
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 cup tomato sauce
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon chili powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Preparation

    - Brown the onion

    -Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute

    -Add the beef and cook, breaking up the pieces.

    -Add sauces and seasonings

    -Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened

    -Heat the breads slightly

    - Garnish generously with preparation

    -Put the meat in a thermos to keep it warm

    -Put the breads in a separate container
