Greek Chicken Pasta Salad for Lunch Box
A fresh and creamy salad with Mediterranean flavors, accompanied by crispy pitas.

Ingredients
- 500g penne pasta
- 400g cooked chicken, diced
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup tzatziki
- 4 pitas
- Olive oil
- Greek spices
- Fresh parsley
- Salt, pepper

Preparation
-Cook the pasta al dente, cool
-Cut tomatoes and cucumber into cubes
-Mix pasta, chicken, vegetables and tzatziki
-Brush the pitas with oil and sprinkle with Greek spices
-Toast the pitas in the oven and divide everything into the containers

-The pasta must be drained well before adding the sauce.
-Pitas can be reheated quickly in the toaster.
