Quiche with chorizo
Ingredients
- 125 ml (½ cup) 15% cooking cream
- 6 eggs
- ½ lb (200 g) dried chorizo, coarsely chopped
- 3 green onions chopped
- ½ chopped red pepper
- 250 ml (1 cup) grated mozzarella cheese
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) dried basil
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 2 pie shells (you will find them ready to garnish in the frozen section)
Path to follow
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- In a bowl, mix the cream and the eggs until the preparation is homogeneous.
- Pour into the crusts and add all the other ingredients.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until the quiches are lightly browned with a firm center.
For adventurers
Replace the dried basil with 15 ml (1 tablespoon) chopped fresh rosemary.
