  • Ingredients

    • 8 flour tortillas
    • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
    • 2 cups shredded Tex-Mex cheese
    • 1 cup salsa
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup guacamole
    • 2 peppers, cut into strips
    • Vegetable oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Preparation
