Hide beets in this delicious dessert that kids will definitely love! Made with frozen fruit, Greek yogurt and maple syrup, it's the perfect healthy snack for back to school or for the lunch box!

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) frozen fruit of your choice
- 1 cup (250 ml) coarsely chopped cooked beets
- 3 cups (750 ml) vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
- ¼ cup (60 ml) ground flax seeds
- Granola to taste

Preparation
- In a blender, blend all ingredients except granola until smooth and creamy.
- Sprinkle with granola when serving.

Add 1 tsp (5 ml) ground cardamom when blending.
