Ground Beef Meal Plate

Looking for a recipe your little ones will enjoy that requires very little washing up? This ground beef sheet pan meal is the recipe for you! Mix together ground beef, green onions, red pepper, parsnips and steak spices, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and you have a quick and easy meal!

  • Ingredients

    • 2 cups leftover cooked ground beef
    • 6 green onions, chopped
    • 2 cups finely diced potatoes
    • 1 red pepper, roughly chopped
    • 1 cup finely diced parsnips
    • 2 tbsp steak spice
    • ½ cup olive oil
    • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
    2. In a large bowl, combine vegetables, spices, oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
    3. Bake for 20 minutes or until all vegetables are almost tender.
    4. Add the leftover meat to the baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes.
