  • Ingredients

    • 6 slices of rustic bread
    • 3 eggs
    • ½ cup milk (or more if needed)
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 pinch of nutmeg
    • ½ cup crumbled cornflakes cereal
    • Maple syrup for serving
  • Preparation

    1. Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
    2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla and nutmeg.
    3. In a large plate, pour the crumbled cereal.
    4. Dip the slices of bread in the egg mixture and let soak for a few seconds on each side.
    5. Coat each slice of bread with crumbled cereal.
