Deconstructed Nachos for Lunchbox
A fun take on traditional nachos! All ingredients are separated to keep the chips crispy and allow everyone to create their own bites at mealtime.

Ingredients
- 4 cups corn chips
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup cheese sauce
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
- Shred cooked chicken into small pieces.
- Wash and cut bell peppers into thin strips.
- Portion salsa and cheese sauce into small containers.
- Divide chips into individual servings.
- Place chips in the main compartment of lunchboxes.
- Put chicken and bell peppers in a separate container.
- Add the small containers of salsa and cheese sauce.
- Seal all containers tightly.
