Pork keftas on naan bread

Tasty minced pork sausages, seasoned with turmeric, coriander and cumin, to slip into a naan bread with a honey and mustard mayonnaise and a few slices of lettuce and tomato, for a simple meal enjoyed by the whole family!

Freeze for three months.

  • Ingredients

    • 400 g minced pork
    • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
    • 1 tbsp turmeric
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • Salt and pepper from the mill
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    • 1 tsp honey
    • 4 naan breads (individual portion)
    • A few lettuce leaves
    • A few slices of tomatoes
  • Preparation

    1. In a bowl, mix the meat and spices and shape the mixture into 4 sausages.
    2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil and cook sausages for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Turn sausages several times during cooking.
    3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    4. Brush the naan breads with this mixture, add the sausages, lettuce and tomatoes. Fold in half and enjoy.
