  • Ingredients

    • 1 trimmed pork fillet (about 800g)

    Marinade:

    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • Preparation

    1. In a freezer bag, place the marinade ingredients and add the pork tenderloin. Shake vigorously to ensure the pork is well coated with the marinade. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
    2. When cooking, clean and oil the barbecue grill.
    3. Preheat on medium-high power.
    4. Drain the pork tenderloin and discard the marinade.
    5. Place the pork tenderloin on the grill and close the lid. Cook for 18 to 20 minutes, turning regularly.
