Freeze for three months.

  • Ingredients

    • 6 cups of any leftover bruised fruit (you can also use frozen fruit)
    • ¼ cup chia seeds
    • ¼ cup honey
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Preparation

    1. Wash and dice the fruit.
    2. Place in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
    3. Place in blender, add remaining ingredients and puree.
    4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
