Waffle skewers
Ingredients
- 2 waffles (homemade or store-bought)
- 4 slices of cooked ham, thick cut (about 2mm)
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 large red bell pepper
- A few lettuce leaves
- Dip
- 125 ml (½ cup) sour cream
- 1 C. smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Preparation
- Using a cookie cutter or a knife, cut out all the ingredients for the skewers, making sure they are all the same size.
- Prick the ingredients alternately on the skewer sticks.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dip and serve with the skewers.
