Varied bites for lunchboxes
A platter-style lunch! A variety of small bites that offer a balanced meal in a fun, peckish format.

Ingredients
- 8 mini pitas
- 4 eggs
- 8 slices of ham
- 4 mini bell peppers, halved and deseeded
- 1 cup seasoned cream cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (chives, parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
- Boil the eggs until hard (10 minutes in boiling water).
- Cool the eggs under cold water, then peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half.
- Roll up the ham slices.
- Stuff the bell pepper halves with cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.
- Place the mini pitas in one compartment of the containers.
- Arrange the ham rolls in another compartment.
- Add the egg halves to the third compartment.
- Put the stuffed bell peppers in the last compartment.
