
Cabbage bowls
This bowl combining ground pork, carrots, mushrooms and of course cabbage will take you on a journey with its Asian flavors that will certainly please children and adults alike!

Ingredients
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 1 lb (450g) ground pork
- 1 punnet of coffee mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 500 ml (2 cups) green cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium carrot (about 1 cup), grated
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) soy sauce
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) brown sugar
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper from the mill

Preparation
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the pork for 5 minutes, making sure to crumble the meat well. Set aside.
- In the same pan, reserving the pork juices, cook the mushrooms, green onions and garlic for 3 minutes.
- Add pork, cabbage, carrot, soy sauce, brown sugar and vinegar.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until cabbage and carrot are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon into bowls and serve.

Notes and tips
Add 30 ml (2 tbsp oil) of toasted sesame when serving.
