Ingredients
- 60 ml (¼ cup) butter
- 10 medium apples, peeled and cut into ½ cm x ½ cm dice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp. (or more to taste)) brown sugar
- 1 ml (¼ tsp) cinnamon
- 375 ml (1½ cups) granola
Preparation
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and cook the apples, brown sugar and cinnamon for 15 minutes or until the apples are softened and golden brown.
- Spoon into 6 bowls and top with granola.
- Store in the fridge.
For adventurers
Add 125 ml (½ cup) of shelled salted pistachios to the granola.
