Fruit jam/puree empty-fridge

This fruit jam/puree will allow you to easily use all your old fruit to make a perfect spread for your toast, your yogurt or your croissants at breakfast!

    Freeze for three months.

    • Ingredients

      • 2 kg of mixed fruits (fresh or frozen)/favor berries, apples, mangoes
      • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
      • 1/2 cup ground chia seeds
      • Sugar to taste
    • Preparation

      1. In a saucepan, bring the fruit and vanilla to a boil.
      2. Simmer uncovered for 60 minutes, or until fruit is well stewed and liquid has almost completely evaporated. Stir regularly.
      3. Remove from heat, add chia seeds and blend with a hand blender (or food processor), add sugar if necessary and blend.

    Add during cooking:
    3 tbsp grated fresh ginger.
