1- Secure the furniture to the wall
Is the furniture level? Is it likely to tip over? Is the weight distributed evenly?
2- Opt for fabric baskets or bins
Could the corners hurt children?
3- Limit toys with batteries
If used, are the battery compartments securely closed?
4- Throw away toy packaging
Has all packaging material been properly recycled or thrown away to avoid unfortunate incidents?
5- Avoid storage with cords
Do children have access to cords that could strangle them?
6- Integrate magnetic locks
Are there any items that should be kept out of reach of children?
