As of January 26th, our logistical transportation coordination company confirmed the departures:

✈️ Stations shipped by air departed today, January 26th.
🚢 Stations shipped by sea departed Friday, January 23rd.

Tracking Numbers

We are currently awaiting tracking numbers from our carrier. As soon as we receive them, we will send them to you immediately so you can track the journey of your stations to our warehouse in real time!

Arrival Times - First Production

Air delivery: Your stations are arriving very soon; you will be among the very first to receive them!

Sea delivery: Maritime transport is unfortunately longer, but it is the most economical option. We understand that delays can sometimes seem endless when you're eager!

No matter when you ordered your Octave Station, you can still choose air delivery instead of sea delivery right now!

Whether you are part of the first production or the second, or even if you ordered your station recently - if you initially chose sea delivery and now prefer air delivery, it's possible.

Delivery Time Comparison

🚢 Sea delivery:

• 3 weeks sea crossing
• 1 week rail transport to our premises
• 1 week for shipping from our premises to your home
• Total: approximately 5 weeks from departure

✈️ Air delivery:

• Transport and delivery: approximately 10 days total
• Next scheduled departure: in about a week
• If you order today, January 26th, you will therefore receive your station in about 2 and a half weeks.
• Time saving: delivery time is reduced by approximately 2 to 3 weeks with the air delivery option

We know that sea delivery is long, an unfortunately inevitable reality of maritime transport. But it's also our way of offering an accessible option for all budgets.

Not everyone can afford air shipping costs, and we wanted the Octave Station to be accessible to as many Quebec families as possible.

We sincerely believe the product is worth the wait. And for those who prefer to receive their station faster, the air delivery option is available.

📦 Second production: If you ordered your station after January 6th

We also have good news for you!

If you ordered your Octave Station after January 6th, your station is part of the second production which is currently underway.

✅ Dates announced at the time of your order are still valid

The expected delivery dates for the second production are still holding. We are closely monitoring its progress and will keep you informed at each important step, exactly as we did for the first production.
