Menu of the week

This week, we travel from North American comfort to Asian flavors! Our menu starts with a Big Mac'n cheese that recalls the famous burger, then takes us to Asia with a pork bulgogi that will be available in three different meals. Our fondue beef will also play a double role: Italian in our submarines and Asian in our banh mi. The key to success? A strategic Sunday preparation that even includes our homemade marinated vegetables for sandwiches worthy of the best Asian restaurants!

      Weekly Preparation Strategy

Our plan focuses on two key moments:

      • Sunday : Preparation of pork bulgogi, fondue beef and marinated vegetables

      • Every evening : Preparation of lunches for the next day

      Sunday Optimization

      Sunday preparation allows you to:

      • Have the pork bulgogi ready for three different meals
      • Prepare beef for two separate recipes
      • Have pickled vegetables ready for sandwiches
      • Save time on weeknights
      • Making morning lunches easier

The preparation of meats and vegetables is strategic because it:

      • Saves energy (one cooking session only)
      • Reduces dishes
      • Prepare marinated proteins and vegetables for several meals
      • Allows for creative transformations during the week
