Réaliser votre propre recette à l'aide de ce canevas en utilisant :
- 2 cups leftover cooked meat or cooked legumes
- 4 cups leftover raw vegetables (prefer root and cruciferous vegetables)
- 2 tbsp. spice
- ½ cup of oil of your choice
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Préparation
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
- In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, spices, oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until all the vegetables are almost tender.
- Add the leftover meat to the baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes.
