  • Pre-sliced veggie sticks and store-bought dip

  • Fresh fruit (apples, clementines or bananas)

This week's prep strategy

Our plan relies on three key moments:

Sunday optimization:

  • Make the carrot and nut muffins

  • Cook one or two chickens for the soup and the pinwheels

  • Prepare the burger patties

On Sunday, plan strategically:

  • Cook the chicken for the Thai soup

  • Prepare the chicken-jalapeño pinwheels

  • Shape the pork meatballs for Thursday

  • Prepare the meat for the Korean pork
