Batch cooking March 2023

  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 yellow onions
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1½ cup grated carrots
  • 2 red peppers
  • 5 green onions
  • 1 cup pitted fresh dates
  • Dry Products

    Section 4½ cups rolled oats

  • 2 cups of tomato sauce
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 450g macaroni
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 C. tablespoons dried basil
  • ½ tsp. tablespoons crushed peppers (adventurer version of meat macaroni)
  • 2 cups (1 can of 540 ml) black beans (replace 1 cup of beans with 1 cup of leftover cooked meat for the adventurer version of the small naan pizzas)
  • 1 large bag of corn chips (about 10 chips per person)
  • A few pickled hot peppers (adventurer version of the cream cheese board)
  • 1 cup chickpeas or white beans
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 C. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg (adventurers version of the giant cookie)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1½ cups crunchy peanut butter (or almond butter for the adventurer version of the energy balls)
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • Cheese

    Section ½ cup feta cheese (adventurer version of mini meatloaves)

  • 8 naan buns (individual portion)

  • 900g ground beef
  • Dairy section
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 340g cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Tex-Mex style cheese

    Tellement hot comme principe. Il serait cool si nous aurions une version imprimable du dossier du mois. J’aime pas cuisiner avec mes appareils proche
