Réaliser votre propre recette à l'aide de ce canevas en utilisant :

1½ cups flour (your variety of choice)

1 cup rolled oats or other flakes

1 cup sweetener
-
1 C. baking powder
-
¼ tsp. salt
-
1 cup of yogurt (flavor of your choice)

½ cup fat
-
2 eggs
-
1 cup fresh, frozen or dried fruit
-
½ cup chopped chocolate chips or walnuts
Préparation

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, sweetener, baking powder and salt.

In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients, except the fruit and the nuggets/nuts. Pour over the flour mixture.

Using a wooden spoon, mix gently until smooth.

Add fruit and chips/nuts, then mix again.

Pour into non-stick muffin tins and place in the center of the oven.

Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Note: do not hesitate to add a little liquid if the mixture is too dry or flour if the mixture is too wet.
